(“BloomBleem”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, contact us, or use our services (together, the “Services”). 1) What this Policy covers
This Policy applies to visitors to our websites, landing pages, and forms; to prospective and existing business customers, suppliers, and partners; and to candidates who apply for roles with BloomBleem. It does not cover third-party websites or services that we do not control, whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
2) Information we collect
a) Information you provide. Contact and account data (name, company, job title, email, phone, country or region); project and commercial data (design briefs, CAD files and renderings, bill of materials, purchase orders, shipping details, tax/VAT numbers, and communications with us); marketing preferences and the content of enquiries or support requests; recruitment data (résumé/CV, portfolio, references, and interview notes); and payment data (we use third-party payment processors and do not store full card numbers).
b) Information collected automatically. Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, timestamps, and approximate location; and cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, and local storage) used for essential functions, analytics, and — where permitted — marketing. See Section 6.
c) Information from third parties. Business partners, logistics providers, analytics and advertising partners, background-check or recruitment platforms (where permitted), and publicly available sources such as company registries and trade shows.
3) How we use information
We use personal information to provide and operate the Services (respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, fulfil orders, ship products, and provide support); to plan and improve our products, websites, and processes (analytics, debugging, quality assurance); to personalize content and communications according to your interactions and preferences; to send administrative and marketing communications (you may opt out at any time); to protect our Services, prevent fraud, enforce contracts, and ensure network and information security; and to comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
Legal bases under EU/UK GDPR. Where GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following: contractual necessity, legitimate interests (such as business operations, security, and customer care), consent (for certain marketing and cookie uses), and legal obligation.
4) When we act as processor vs. controller
For most website and marketing activities, BloomBleem is a controller. For project files and customer-provided content used to make products (such as CAD, logos, and engravings), we act as a processor on behalf of the business customer (the controller), processing data under the relevant contract or NDA and the customer’s instructions.
5) How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers and processors who perform services for us (hosting, email, analytics, payment, logistics, QA/QC, customer support, recruiting); business partners involved in a transaction you request (such as carriers, customs brokers, and testing labs); parties to a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, where information may be transferred as part of the deal); and authorities for legal and safety reasons, if required by law or to protect our rights, users, staff, or the public. All processors are bound by confidentiality and process data only under our instructions.
6) Cookies & similar technologies
We use essential cookies for security, load balancing, and core features; analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the site; and advertising or retargeting cookies where permitted and with your consent in applicable regions. You can manage cookies via our cookie banner (where available) or your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site functionality. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time.
7) International transfers
We operate internationally and may transfer personal information to countries that may not have the same level of data protection as your home country. 13) User content & intellectual property
Files and materials you upload for projects remain your intellectual property. You grant us the rights needed to process those materials to provide the Services. We maintain confidentiality under contract and will not disclose your designs except as necessary to fulfil your instructions or as required by law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates the latest version. Material changes will be announced on our website or by direct notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
