Export Hubs & Coverage

Service Levels & Timelines

• Express: 2–5 business days door-to-door (subject to customs).

• Ocean: 20–35 days port-to-port (plus local clearance). Weekly consolidation available to reduce cost per unit.

Incoterms & Commercial Terms

EXW/FOB for the buyer's forwarders; DAP/DDP for door-to-door with duty and VAT pre-paid; CIP/CIF with cargo insurance on request. Standard terms are 50% deposit / 50% balance before shipment.

Customs & Documentation (Jewelry HS 71xx)

• Commercial Invoice with HS codes (e.g., 7113 precious-metal jewelry; 7117 fashion/imitation).
• Packing List (SKU/qty/weight/CBM) and shipping labels.
• Air Waybill or Bill of Lading and export declaration.
• Certificate of Origin (Chamber/FTA where applicable).
• Hallmark/assay certificates where required (e.g., UK/EU).
• Material declarations and test reports available on request.

All documents are provided as a pre-alert pack before the shipment departs.

Compliance & Testing

We support EU REACH (nickel release, cadmium, lead limits), US Prop 65 awareness, and destination-specific labeling (country of origin, and composition where required). Third-party lab testing (SGS/BV/TÜV) and CITES handling for restricted natural materials can be arranged. Lab-grown diamonds are clearly declared as such.

Packaging & Security

Anti-tarnish pouches, silica gel, heat-sealed poly, tamper-evident cartons, barcode/QR carton IDs, and discreet outer labels. Silver shipments can include anti-tarnish strips or vacuum options. High-value consignments may use secure logistics partners on request.

Insurance & Risk Control

Shipments are insured to declared value. We perform carton drop and humidity checks, provide milestone updates, and respond to customs queries the same day. Lost or damaged shipments are managed under carrier or insurer claims procedures.

• Export plan with costed routing and Incoterms.
• Pre-alert documentation set (CI/PL/COO/labels/HS).
• Live tracking links and proof of delivery (POD).
• Post-shipment report with a landed-cost summary when shipping DDP.
