Job Objective
Responsible for designing and developing high-quality 3D jewelry that meets customers’ aesthetic and technical requirements, while optimizing production processes and strengthening brand value.
Responsibilities:
Design & Innovation (60%)

- Design 3D jewelry models (rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and more) according to customer requirements and market trends
- Create detailed technical drawings that ensure manufacturing feasibility
- Develop and refine existing designs to improve quality
- Produce high-quality renders for marketing and sales
- Build and maintain a standardized design library

Technical Support (25%)

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible
- Check and adjust design files before 3D printing and casting
- Calculate metal and gemstone weight for each product
- Resolve technical issues during production
- Prepare detailed technical reports

Customer Interaction (10%)

- Communicate directly with customers about design requirements
- Revise designs based on customer feedback
- Advise on feasibility and cost
- Prepare presentation materials for clients

Research & Development (5%)

- Research international jewelry design trends
- Keep up to date with new design technology

Competency Requirements
Education
- College or university degree in Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or Mechanical Engineering
- Advanced Jewelry Design certificate (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of 3D design experience
- Experience in the jewelry industry preferred
Professional skills — required
- Proficient in Rhino 3D, Matrix, JewelCAD, and Blender
- Rendering with KeyShot, V-Ray, or Blender Cycles
- Solid understanding of the jewelry manufacturing process
- Knowledge of precious metals and gemstones
Professional skills — advantageous
- Adobe Creative Suite
- CAM and CNC
- International jewelry quality standards
