What we do for you

A flexible, collaborative process
- Share a brief. Tell us the look you want, preferred materials (gold, silver, or other), stones, rough size and fit, budget range, and your target launch window. We’ll reply with an approach and an estimated plan.
- Design & 3D preview. Within a few business days (timing varies by complexity), you’ll receive renders or a short 360° clip. We’ll make reasonable edits until it feels right.
- Make a sample. Once the design is approved, we produce a prototype — typically within about 1–2 weeks. We check comfort, details, and finish, then send it to you for review.
- Lock the specs. After the sample is approved, we lock the sizes, estimated weight, color and finish, stone list, and other essentials, so future batches match what you signed off.
- (Optional) Manufacture. If you choose to proceed, production usually takes from a few weeks to a month or more, depending on quantity and complexity. We adjust the schedule to fit your launch plan.
Timelines have a reasonable range: simple pieces can move faster, while complex or highly customized designs may take longer. We agree on a practical schedule upfront and send weekly updates.
What you receive after the design phase
- 3D design files and realistic images to present internally or to partners
- A basic spec pack: main dimensions, estimated weight per material, stone list (sizes and quantities), and finish/branding notes
- A physical sample (if you order one) for real-world fit and photos
Materials & finishes
- Metals: 18K/14K/10K gold, 925 silver, and fashion materials on request
- Stones: natural or lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, CZ, colored gems
- Surfaces: high polish, matte/satin, brushed, blackened, and more
- Colors: yellow, rose, white; with optional protective finishes for longer color life
How pricing works
Price depends on the material and market rate, estimated weight, stone choice, finish level, and labor. We provide a transparent quote at the start and fix the production price per our agreement, so you can plan your budget with confidence.

I only have a reference photo and no exact sizes — can you help? Absolutely. We’ll suggest comfortable dimensions for men or women and share previews for approval.
How many rounds of edits are included? We make reasonable rounds of edits until the design matches your expectations. If the concept changes significantly, we’ll confirm the new timeline and cost before proceeding.
Do I own the design files? Once paid as agreed, you own the files and can use them as you wish. We keep your materials confidential and never share them with third parties.
Must I manufacture with BloomBleem after the design? Not required. That said, producing with BloomBleem ensures the final batch matches the approved sample, and it often saves time because we continue in the same workflow.
